SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost is $5.95 unless you order a large amount of weight.  On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $8.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas. Our international shipping starts at 7.95 US depending on weight.

How do I track my package?

  • Your order page will not show tracking information until after your order is shipped. The information can take up to a week to update. You will receive shipping updates to your email inbox after your item is shipped with our premium shipping. If for any reason you don't receive a tracking update within 7 days of purchase, please send us an email.
  • Please note that depending on country, tracking information is sometimes delayed up to a week from shipment. If you do not receive a shipping update a week after receiving your shipment confirmation, please email us to help you track your package, as some email providers do not allow emails from unknown senders into the main inbox.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

  • Delivery times vary between countries, but generally take between 1.5-3 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. All US items are delivered by USPS.  Order to Canada, Europe, Australia/New Zealand can take a week or two longer.
  • Please note that processing times can take 3-5 business days, depending on product demand. Once the product is shipped, products generally take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
  • Our clearance items are often sent from our international warehouses. We offer a heavily discounted price and low cost or sometimes free shipping. Given that these are international orders, we do not have a guaranteed shipping time.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

  • Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

    Where do your other items come from?

    • Salezr is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. While some of our items do come from the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff. 

    COUPONS

    • Please note that only one coupon can be entered per order. Coupons MUST be entered at the time of checkout to be applied to an order. We can not apply coupons to orders after they are made.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      Basic Refund Policy

      • There are 2 categories of items that the Salezr sells, and all 3 have sightly different Refund Policies:
        • Clothing, Bags and Apparel: If your item is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you within the first 30 days. You CANNOT return clothing, bags and apparel unless they are defective. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during an order. We are NOT responsible for customers ordering the wrong color or size.
        • Free Items: Due to the nature  free or clearance items, there is no refund applicable. If your item is defective, please email us at support@salezr.com
      • For all applicable returns, please send us an email to support@salezr.com for detailed instructions. Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges.
