SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost is $5.95 unless you order a large amount of weight.  On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $8.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.

How do I track my package?

  • Your order page will not show tracking information until after your order is shipped. The information can take up to a week to update. You will receive shipping updates to your email inbox after your item is shipped. If for any reason you don't receive a tracking update within 7 days of purchase, please send us an email.
  • Please note that depending on country, tracking information is sometimes delayed up to 7 days.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

  • Delivery times vary between countries, but generally take between 1.5-3 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items are delivered by USPS and all have tracking numbers.  Order to Canada, Europe, Australia/New Zealand can take a week or two longer.
  • Please note that processing times are generally between 3-5 business days, once the product is shipped, products generally take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
  • Our clearance items are often sent from our international warehouses. We offer a heavily discounted price and low cost or sometimes free shipping. Given that these are international orders, we do not have a guaranteed shipping time.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

  • Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

    Where do your other items come from?

    • Salezr is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. While some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Basic Refund Policy

    • There are 3 types of items that the Salezr sells, and all 3 have sightly different Refund Policies:
      • Clothing: If your item is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you within the first 30 days. You CANNOT return clothing unless they are defective. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during an order. Please note that colors can vary slightly from the product photos. We are NOT responsible for customers ordering the wrong color or size.
      • Free or Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item. 
      • Retail Items: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.
    • For all applicable returns, please send us an email to support@salezr.com for detailed instructions.
        • Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.
        • All returns must be sent to 421 S Brookhurst St. Suite 150. Anaheim, CA 92804. We must receive a tracking number in order to process an exchange (sent to support@salezr.com)
      • Retail Items: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.
